Data controller
ANDRIU FPV SL, tax ID B02657104. Contact for data protection matters, and to exercise your rights: hello@andriufpv.com.
What data we collect
Through the contact form: name, email address, production company, project type, shooting dates, location and the message you write. All fields other than name, email, project type and message are optional.
We do not collect special categories of data and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
Why we process it and on what legal basis
To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote: consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
To keep a record of enquiries received for internal management and evidence purposes: our legitimate interest in managing the commercial relationship (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for a maximum of two years from the last contact. If a project goes ahead, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by commercial and tax law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes. It is processed on our behalf by the providers needed to run this site: hosting and deployment (Vercel Inc.), database hosting, and email delivery. All act as processors under a contract that meets Art. 28 GDPR.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Write to hello@andriufpv.com stating the right you wish to exercise.
If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to the enquiry database.
