Cruise the Mediterranean Like Never Before

The Mediterranean and Canaries chapter of the same brand platform, shot a year after the fjords with the same director. Southern light and a port city are the opposite problem to a Norwegian fjord: there is no wall to fly against and nothing that automatically gives the frame scale.

Scale had to come from movement instead of geography, so the passes were designed to travel past foreground before revealing the ship, using the architecture and the water line to build depth. Continuity with the previous chapter mattered as much as the shots themselves: same director, same visual language, one year apart.
