Aquaracer

The hero sequence required following a performer as they launched from a tower roughly 20 metres above the sea and fell directly into the water, accelerating to around 70 km/h by the surface. The drone had to remain close enough to preserve the speed and immersion of the jump while operating above open water, where even a small mistake would mean losing the complete cinema system. Timing was unforgiving: the flight had to match a human body in free fall without crossing the performer's line or ending in the water.

We built the flight around precise timing, a carefully defined escape path and strict coordination with the safety team. The creative ambition demanded accepting a calculated level of risk, but every controllable variable was prepared in advance. The result was an intimate, high-energy perspective that could not have been achieved with a conventional aerial platform.
