One Coke Closer
For Daniel Wolfe, One Coke Closer connected real Mexico City locations to a CGI gaming world, from crowded spaces to an impact into a screen.
Andriu FPV built the solution shot by shot: sub-250-gram protected systems inside a library, a custom setup for the screen transition and RAW FPV for the larger spaces, all designed around the point where physical movement handed over to VFX.
The global Coca-Cola campaign moved through city environments, buildings, stadium-scale spaces and dense human activity while connecting the real world to a CGI-driven gaming universe. Some shots required sub-250-gram miniature protected drones inside a library and a controlled impact into a screen so the camera could transition into the digital world. Other lines involved entrances, exits and overhead movement around large groups of people.
We designed custom systems for the shots that could not be solved by a standard cinema FPV rig. Protected and miniature platforms handled close interiors and the screen transition, while the larger RAW system covered the expansive movement. Each camera line was planned around its VFX handoff so the physical motion and digital continuation felt like a single idea.
