The production took place in remote snowy mountains with strong wind, blowing snow and severe cold. Drones and cameras had to be transported by snowmobile while protected from moisture and impact. Some lines extended roughly five kilometres through the mountain environment and included frozen waterfalls, leaving almost no possibility of recovery if the system failed.

We built an alpine operating workflow around weather protection, battery management, route planning and long-range reliability. The team repeatedly checked visibility and wind before committing to the larger lines, and the equipment remained covered during transport. Even when the physical conditions became punishing, the flight plan stayed disciplined and the resulting images preserved the scale and energy of the landscape.
